הסדנה מתקיימת באווירה בטוחה, מכילה ונעימה, ומאפשרת יצירת תחושת שייכות קבוצתית. בתוך מרחב זה מתאפשר דיאלוג פתוח, כנה ומכבד סביב נושאים משמעותיים:
- מיניות ואינטימיות — היכרות, הבנה והעצמה
- העלאת המודעות למיניות ולרגישותה בתוך מערכות יחסים זוגיות
- התבוננות במיניות גם בהקשר של החיים האישיים, גם כאשר אין זוגיות
הסדנה מזמינה תהליך של העמקה, חיבור עצמי וביטוי אותנטי, מתוך הקשבה, סקרנות וצמיחה.
